The Hat Swap is an outright classic for photo booth poses. It’s so obvious when seen in pictures but isn’t practised nearly often enough.
To make it work you will need a suitable amount of headpiece items. We recommend 2 to 3 items per person in the booth. Then simply exchange each hat or wig with your fellow booth buddies after each picture.
To spice things up just a little bit more, just introduce some seriously foolish face-pulling techniques.
What can cause this Booth Move to fail is choosing items that you’re not sure how to wear. Putting a wig on back to front, although funny, is also a fail. Getting flustered and putting a hat on when you already have a hat on, that’s a fail. Putting a pirates hat on inside out, definitely a fail. However, each and every one of these ‘fails’ is what makes your picture brilliant. And one more reason why the Bride & Groom will love seeing your pictures for years to come after their wedding day.
These pictures were taken from Natalie & Alan’s East Close Hotel wedding after they had booked us for photo booth hire Dorset.
