Just outside of Oxford there’s a gorgeous little hamlet called Burford. It’s not much more than a street but it’s a beautiful place to travel through and is typical Cotswold country. Adjacent to the high street is a stunning limestone hotel. Emma and Richard were having their Bay Tree Hotel wedding there.
Booth Butler for the evening was Rob and he had arrived 2-hours early so that he could bypass all the commuters heading north on a Friday afternoon. He set up the booth, laid out all the props and put the guest book in place all ready for the guests when the speeches had finished.
The thing was, everything was running just a little bit late and Emma, Richard and their guests had only just got seated for their wedding breakfast. This is where having a van that is also converted into a camper comes in particularly handy. It meant that Rob could go back to the van, kick off his shoes, have a nice cup of tea and watch a bit of telly until the evening celebrations were ready to start.
After multiple cups of tea and also helping the DJ set-up some of his gear the wedding breakfast was coming to an end. The best man finished his speech, toasted the happy couple and the doors from the main room opened.
All of a sudden it was full steam ahead at this Bay Tree Hotel wedding. The staff started turning the room around and clearing tables. The DJ had his decks spinning some classic wedding tunes. And at long last, the booth was open. The atmosphere was fabulous, proper wedding day love spiced up with good wine and a lot of friends. Everyone was having a great time.
Thank you Emma & Richard for hiring our wedding photo booth. Congratulations from all the team here. Lastly, a big thank you to the team at Bay Tree Hotel who were great to work with.
