Lulworth is quite rubbish to pick up a mobile phone signal. There is a bonus to that though. You get to hear the countryside and feel the amazing south coast sea air enlighten your senses without any disruptions. The other bonus is, that if you’re having a Lulworth wedding all of your guests get to enjoy your day free of phone disruptions too.
I (Rob), photographed Mark & Lucy’s Lulworth wedding on the day. This is the next best thing to being a wedding guest in my eyes. The fact I’ve known Mark & Lucy for some time and a lot of our mutual friends were at their special day too, was a complete bonus. Mark’s sister, brother-in-law and nephews, along with my wife’s best friend and husband travelled all the way from Australia to come to the wedding. It was definitely not a day to be missed.
If you’re ever lucky enough to meet Mark it won’t take too long for you to gauge him as a top fella. He has a heart of gold and will go out of his way to help anyone. You’ll also discover that the adolescent schoolboy in him is large, loud and proud. Pretty much the same can be said about his Best Men at the wedding. Let’s just say that during the speeches some objects that were probably ordered online appeared as props. I was certain that they were going to be used in the photo booth when it was opened later. Fortunately, they didn’t appear and we didn’t have to censor the gallery too much.
In line with the formalities of wedding breakfast and speeches finishing, Bob O’Tron had the booth set-up and raring to go. The prop box was overflowing and guests galore were jumping in there. There was no way these guys weren’t going to be partying their hearts out and the photo booth was as busy as the dance floor and everyone had a seriously fantastic time.
