Pembroke Lodge Wedding: Emily got in touch with Funky Photo Booth about her Pembroke Lodge Wedding in Richmond. We’ve worked at Pembroke Lodge quite often and it’s a venue we absolutely love.
Looking after Mr & Mrs Heaps and their guests for the evening was the newest Booth Butler to join our Team, Melissa. Bizarrely enough, Mel was a guest in our very first photo booth back in 2008 at her sister’s wedding. She has been a regular Funky Photo Booth user as many of her friends and family have hired our photo booths in recent years too.
Emily had asked for a ‘Cadbury’s Purple Background’ for her wedding photo booth. It might sound a simple request, but getting that specific shade of purple was a lot more difficult than we had imagined. There’s just so many shades and interpretations of ‘Cadbury’s Purple’. However, after quite a few visits and discussions with our supplier, we finally nailed it and pulled off the perfect match to compliment the colours of Emily’s wedding.
In addition to the ‘Cadbury’s Purple’ wedding theme, Emily had supplied us with some artwork they had designed for their wedding stationery. We took elements of the design and made bespoke banners to appear on the top and bottom of the wedding photo booth prints. We think they look absolutely fantastic and fitted in so well with the rest of the day.
From the outset, the booth was in full swing and guests were diving into the prop box to get creative with their photo booth pictures.
As always the Pembroke Lodge staff were as helpful and friendly as ever. Making sure our Booth Butler was refreshed and even offering to help move some of the heavier parts of the booth when setting down. Although Mel wasn’t having any of that chivalry getting in the way of flexing her muscles.
